Cuero Tango (AR/AT)

The Cuero Tango Quartet was formed in 2022 by four musicians who share a passion for tango. The ensemble was born out of a desire to participate in the 21st century cultural movement of tango, also known as the new golden age, with a focus on the creation of new works. As such, Cuero Tango is not repeating the great classics of the genre, but is striving towards innovative musical material and lyrics. Their creations are fuelled by the vibrant, chaotic atmosphere of Buenos Aires. Their unusual instrumental combination, which adds new impulses to the tradition, brings them even closer to the ultimate goal of popular music: to authentically capture the spirit of the present. After their successful European tour last year, they have prepared new material to bring back to the continent.
