Over the past period at Központ, quiet but deliberate work has been underway: we set out to find a morning tone that stays true to the gastronomic character of both Központ and The PO, fills a real gap in the neighborhood’s offering, and fits within the "grand café" vision we internally carry.

The essence of a central brunch should offer a wide spectrum of flavors while delivering a compact, cohesive experience. We’ve designed a menü that would feel at home in any major city — a cultural bridge between local rituals and global flavors.
Our café is built on love for the simple & light things, with subtle influences from the Pan-American spirit. As such, the opening menü for our first brunch carries the tone of the times while nodding to a transatlantic heritage.
