Working is usually an inevitable and central part of our adult lives, and if not, then looking for a job. But how does what we think about the following questions affect us?
And what do others around us think?

What is work anyway? Who considers what work?
What are you paid for? And how is its value determined?
Does it have to be enjoyment, self-fulfilment? Or is it just the necessary sacrifice to be able to achieve what you want?
When are we satisfied, what does success mean?
What choices do we have and what beliefs influence our choices? Did your parents say to you "oh, just don't be ... (teacher/musician/actor/handyman/office rat)"? How did that influence you?
What do we allow our employers to make us feel successful, do we turn a blind eye to overtime, lame team building and company emails on our private phones? What do we even expect from our employer? And what would we expect as an employer?
If you're wondering similar questions, we welcome you to our monthly workshops where we use forum theatre to bend reality!
We will step outside the usual Sunday lunch table discussions, try to understand each other and ourselves more deeply, and break down the often seemingly impenetrable walls between us.
