Memphis: The River Archon
A ritual both haunting and powerful.
Once a year, under the golden glow of the sun, a figure emerged from the temple—adorned in emerald cloth, the mask of a crocodile god upon his face. He was the vessel of Sobek, lord of the waters, strength, and chaos.
The people gathered, their voices hushed in reverence. This was no mere spectacle—it was a return. As he stepped into the Nile, the waters stirred not in fear, but in memory. A communion with the god who ruled beneath the current, where scales met silence and creation danced with the unknown.
We return to Pontoon for the second time this season, bringing our ancient Egyptian vibes to honor a different river—the Danube—as we dip deep into our summer season.
This time, Amira Li and Payam Parvizi from Berlin, joining our lineup for the very first time, alongside our residents Franek, Arash Ete, and Kiuz, guiding the night through waves of house and microhouse.
See you on the dance floor.
