It's probably no exaggeration to say that everyone remembers one of their favourite electronic duos of the 90s, Moloko. After their break-up, the duo's beautifully voiced singer Róisín Murphy embarked on a solo career and will be performing her solo project in the European Capital of Culture on 9 June. "She seems like a fragile little flower, but she's got a lot of power at her roots," says the singer, also known as the queen of artpop, of her new song CooCool, released earlier this year, and will be performing new songs including CooCool alongside her cult hits.
