Malek Andi – Soulistic

The Malek Andi Soulistic band was formed in 2016 by the collaboration between the Péter Máté, Artisjus and Emerton Award-winning singer-actress Andrea Malek and pianist, composer and producer Bandi Jáger. This formation is a special project that combines jazz and Latin styles with Hungarian folk music. Their repertoire includes old Hungarian songs, original compositions and folk song arrangements. The two renowned founders are joined by equally experienced and highly acclaimed musicians György Orbán on double bass and András Lakatos "Pecek" on drums. The name Soulistic refers to the close connection between soul and music.
