DEAF SOUNDCHECK is a postmodern alternative rock band from Budapest. Their music mixes the energies of indie, britpop, post-punk, grunge and post-rock, while their lyrics build an emotional, darkly lyrical, sometimes grotesque world with gradually building, poetic forms instead of – classical song structures.

The songs of their new Hungarian-language single, which will be released in August, will now be performed live for the first time, complemented by guest artists, contributors and surprises.
The stage is warmed up by Project Daywalker, a set of goth ornaments worried about guitar sound in Seattle, both recommended for busing and topping in a good way, inspired perhaps most of all by the Bowie-Rollins coexistence on Island 97.
