Szinyova Gergő: Hotel Paradiso

acb Gallery is delighted to present Hotel Paradiso, the debut solo exhibition of Gergő Szinyova, inaugurating a new chapter in the artist’s career and marking the beginning of his representation by the gallery from September 2025.

With Hotel Paradiso, Szinyova unveils a brand-new series of paintings that extend his distinctive visual language, defined by playful yet subversive compositions and a keen engagement with existential and social tensions. His works stage dramas of the absurd, oscillating between grotesque realism and lyrical abstraction, while probing the contradictions of a hyperpolarized society caught in perpetual limbo — between the real and the fake, the tangible and the virtual. This inaugural exhibition situates Szinyova’s practice at the intersection of critical commentary and imaginative re-staging, where painterly experimentation becomes both a reflection and a critique of contemporary conditions.
