For weeks, we searched for characters—real or fictional—who shape, color, and fill the stage with life from concert to concert, party to party. And you responded to the call with amazing creativity! Now the evening has come when we celebrate the creators—and the characters without whom each evening at A38 would not be the same.
Come to the A38 Bistro on September 22, where you can not only see the award-winning works on display for the first time, but also immerse yourself in these unique, wild, humorous, or melancholic creations through a guided tour by drMáriás.

The opening will also serve as the official award ceremony for the competition – join us as we celebrate the winners, the characters, and, of course, Budapest's concert culture!

A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
