Smash Into Pieces brings its prophecies to Budapest
Smash Into Pieces is Sweden's modern rock darling. They combine their distinctive sound with state-of-the-art visuals and storytelling, which gave rise to the ArmaHeaven Prophecy tour, which they will bring to the A38 Ship on September 30.
Smash Into Pieces was formed in 2008 and made it onto the Swedish singles chart with their very first song, signaling that this band was one to watch. International success came with their 2017 album Rise And Shine, which put the band on the map, led by drummer APOC, who hides behind a mysterious, apocalyptic mask.
Their meteoric rise came thanks to Melodifestivalen (the Swedish version of Eurovision), where they achieved a remarkable third place twice. The song Six Feet Under, which they entered in the song contest, achieved double platinum status in their home country and became a real radio hit. Smash Into Pieces has always paid great attention to visuals, combining state-of-the-art visuals with storytelling at their concerts. Their dedication and excellent playing promise an unforgettable experience for both fans and newcomers, as the band captivates audiences with its explosive energy wherever it goes.

Schedule
Their fall tour, ArmaHeaven Prophecy, marks a new chapter in the Smash Into Pieces universe: a bold new era in both storytelling and sound. Following the huge success of last year's Ghost Code, the band is now preparing for its most ambitious show series to date. "In the world of ArmaHeaven, a new era is dawning with the help of artificial intelligence – only to be threatened by the very force that created it. The prophecy has already been written... but it can still be changed," says the band. ArmaHeaven Prophecy promises to be more than just a concert: it is a message, a warning, a choice. Join them on this exciting journey on September 30 at the A38 Ship.
Tickets for the Smash Into Pieces concert go on sale on June 4 at 10 a.m. at www.livenation.hu and www.funcode.hu.
Location
A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
