1. WHAT IS THE FAMILY MOVEMENT FESTIVAL?
The Family Movement Festival is the Hungarian Leisure Sports Association's most popular free outdoor event, where you can try out more than 100 sports with the help of qualified instructors.
2. WHAT MAKES THE FAMILY MOVEMENT FESTIVAL SPECIAL?
FREE - Admission to the Family Movement Festival is free, but you must wear a wristband, which can be picked up at the entrance, to try out the different activities.
SPORTS OPPORTUNITIES - 100+ SPORTS OPPORTUNITIES - You get so many sports opportunities that you can stock up for the whole year. Find a good form of exercise, a friendly instructor, and get new inspiration for exercise throughout the year.
SUPER INSTRUCTORS - If you are looking for an inspiring sports instructor or one who doesn't let you slack off, you can choose freely here. It doesn't matter if you've never tried a sport before, the important thing is that you give it a go - our instructors and experts will help you with that. Most of our partners have had a good relationship with the Family Movement Festival for many years.
PRIZES - The all-day program includes a raffle, where numerous prizes will be awarded.
3. WHAT SPORTS CAN YOU TRY?
For easier exercise: yoga, Nordic walking, dance, spinal exercises, fitness assessment, spinal exercises.
Traditional sports: fencing, basketball, ski point, fitness park, ping-pong.
Less strenuous: ground golf, pétanque, darts, bocce, target throwing, target fishing.
Cycling obstacle course, rope jumping, trick bike, stilt walking, swing ball.
Want something more challenging? There's speed shuttlecock, spinning tennis, teqball, crockinole, lawn tennis, string ball, target jumping and throwing, decathlon, palm ball, and tchoukball.
4. IS SPORTS THE ONLY THING ON OFFER?
In addition to trying out different forms of exercise, we ensure the diversity of the event with health promotion and screening programs, exhibitors, and food tastings.
