The Óbuda Cultural and Sport Nonprofit Ltd. and the Budapest Street Workout Association are waiting for everyone to have a great atmosphere for their own weight training - from beginner level to advanced.

Schedule

During the training, participants will have a higher degree of insight into the topic, dealing with the implementation of each exercise, the concept of training planning, the connections between motivation and development and sustainability. You can get an answer to the question: „How can I be my own coach ”

The event is for you if:

- you do not want to link your regular exercise to unnecessary costs;

- you need professional help with your self-training;

- you do not have enough motivation or are stuck in the stages of development;

- join an active community;

- I care how you could properly put together your own training plans;

- you would learn your own weight – even completely tool-free – but still varied exercises and their regular implementation.
