Almost every synth-pop fan knows this name:
DE/VISION. Formed in the late 1980s, the guys started out in youth clubs and went on to sign a major record deal in the 1990s, leaving behind countless hits and live performances.
DEVISION REDUX – what is it?
According to the band's singer, SteWen Keth, DEVISION REDUX is a new format of DE/VISION – but by no means the end of the band. It is an alternative version that presents DE/VISION's most important songs in a more club-oriented, modern, partly minimalist, but completely electronic guise.
SteWen chose none other than Daniel Myer (HAUJOBB, DSTR, COVENANT, etc.) as his partner for this project, who had already supported DE/VISION with several remixes in the 1990s and has been a frequent guest with his various projects in the background ever since.
Location
A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
