Polska Jazz | Marek Napiórkowski – KonKubiNap (PL)

Marek Napiórkowski is one of the leading guitarists on the Polish jazz scene. A versatile artist, he has developed a unique musical language that defies categorization: in each of his projects, he opens up new worlds for the listener, inextricably linked to his trademark guitar sound. The KonKubiNap trio is one of his longest-running bands, featuring two other equally prominent representatives of Polish jazz: Robert Kubiszyn, a double bass player who has worked with Napiórkowski for a long time and produced four of the guitarist's albums, and Cezary Konrad, a multi-award-winning percussionist with more than 150 albums to his name. Their concerts feature energetic, spontaneous improvisations as well as expressive solos and sophisticated, lyrical ballads.
