Cooking as Meditation
After 30 years, I met Zsoma "by chance" in Thailand this April. After a short conversation, it turned out that not only did we live in the same house when I was a child, but he also took care of my sister on the day I was born.

Schedule
Zsoma has been visiting Thailand for 15 years, where he met his Thai monk friend, Chai, the same amount of time ago. Now, offering his house in Kulcs with its amazing energy, he not only provides a home for the Thai monk, but has also created a meditation center, Ariya Parami, in the house.
I have been thinking about a Cooking as Meditation workshop for years, but I never thought that the first one would take place in Kulcs, in the presence of a Thai monk.
What to expect:
- Joint morning meditation and dharma talk (Buddhist lecture and Q&A session).
- A complete Thai menu that we will offer to the monk, but of course we will also eat together with him.
- Tea and a walk along the Danube after lunch.
- An environment and experience that will recharge you spiritually and physically.
The menu:
- Tom Yum soup with chicken and coconut milk (Monk Chai)
- Meatless Pad Thai with fried tofu and peanuts (Bálint)
- Meatless Green Curry, Thai jasmine rice (Zsoma)
- Fruit
We are expecting a maximum of 12 people for the workshop. We ask that you sign up if you are, or would like to be, an accepting, open-minded, patient, understanding, and kind person.
Budapest
The best things to do in Budapest! Several medieval bridges connect the 2 sides of the city that give it its name: Buda and Pest. Cruising along the Danube is a great way to see Budapest in all its glory.
