This year, we took on a big challenge. In December 2024, with the help of the VALYO association and Viadukt Bar, we began thinking and planning how we could join the long-standing car-free quay concept with our own cultural and community activities.

We imagined a place that would be cozy, simple, colorful, noisy with music, accepting, and open. That's how Dunyi was born.
We tried to move our concert venue from Margit Boulevard to the banks of the Danube so that while Manyi was resting, our team wouldn't have a moment to get bored. And they didn't... The beginning wasn't easy, and in the end we had to rush, but we did it!
By the beginning of summer, we realized that so many of you love Dunyi and actively use the entire riverbank that we had to increase our capacity. For example, we couldn't cool the beer as fast as you drank it... Suddenly, we had a special place in the heart of the city that we could hardly believe existed.
Then we blinked once, then twice, and autumn was upon us. The "season" was over, and we won't be opening the heavy iron doors of the viaduct anymore.
Thank you for filling the riverbank with life! Let's celebrate each other with an exhibition at Manyi!
