The lineup of the pioneering darkwave/post-punk band Pink Turns Blue: Mic Jogwer (vocals, guitar), Luca Sammuri (bass guitar), and Paul Richter (drums). Formed in 1985 during the first generation of gothic rock, the band initially consisted of Jogwer, Thomas Elbern, and a drum machine. They named themselves after a Hüsker Dü song. Their sound was initially inspired by The Chameleons, Clan of Xymox, and The Cure. Their debut album, If Two Worlds Kiss, brought a dark undertone to their new wave sound, essentially advancing the darkwave subgenre, while post-punk genre characteristics became dominant in their sound. Inspired by the Cold War fears and uncertainties of a divided Germany, the band released 11 full-length albums.

A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
