Starting at the end of October 2025, MerülésMűhely offers new ways of connecting with museum spaces and artworks for anyone who's open to the creative possibilities of mindful presence.

In this three-part workshop, we will explore the relationship between writing and seeing, images and words, and the points where they intersect. In the quiet, calm, and safe environment of the museum, inspired by the artworks, we will learn about writing, seeing, and perhaps even ourselves.
The program is recommended for those who would like to learn about different writing techniques, are interested in the visual arts, and would like to embark on an exciting inner journey. No prior knowledge is required to participate in the workshop.
The workshop will be led by writer Rita Halász and museum educator Judit Cser.

PARTICIPATION INFORMATION
Program ticket: HUF 20,000/three sessions
The program ticket for the three sessions includes admission to the permanent exhibitions of the Museum of Fine Arts and participation in the workshop. With the purchased ticket, all permanent exhibitions of the Museum of Fine Arts can be visited free of charge on the days of the programs. On the days of the MerülésMűhely (Immersion Workshop) and the Múzeummerülések (Museum Immersions) (October 31, November 14, December 12), the Museum of Fine Arts will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on October 31, it will be open until 9:00 p.m.
