Tuesday, 2 December, 6pm – Balassa Winery (Tokaj)

Balassa Winery blends the traditional Tokaj style with a modern winemaking approach. Their aszú wines showcase the region’s character with rich honeyed aromas and delicate apricot notes. The tasting will be led by István Balassa, winemaker and founder of Balassa Winery.
