Bagossy Brothers Company: Folk & Roll weekend
After several full house concerts, the band Bagossy Brothers Company will return to the Budapest Park stage in 2026, not once, but two days, with two different programs.

On August 21, 2026, they will also bring their highly successful show "THE GOD IS STARED" to Budapest Park. At the concert, the Bagossy songs will be performed in folk music re-arrangement, combining the band's special sound world with the classical folk style, and the folk dancers on stage will also contribute to the folk music atmosphere. The director of the production is Miklós H. Vecsei, and the choreographer of the program is István Berecz, who has also been a stepmaster of the Budapest Park dance houses since the beginning. Szabolcs Molnár, one of the best primes in the Carpathian Basin, is responsible for the production of folk music transcripts, who, together with the members of the Cika band and folk singer Csenge Antal, also takes on a lion's share in live sound. Another special feature of the production is that so far the band has performed it to an unplanted audience only in front of about 120,000 spectators in the saddle of Csíksomlyó. The first and easily may be the last such presentation in Hungary will be the Budapest Park event, on August 21.

The band will be making an unadulterated concert on August 22, 2026, with heart-warming Bagossy hits, in the usual orchestration under the open sky.
Budapest Park
Budapest Park, the biggest and coolest open air concert venue of the city hosts the cream of the crop in foreign and domestic mainstream music every year. At first glance, it might seem like the Park is very much out of town, but this is far from the truth - and since the soundsystem was completely renovated last season, we can only recommend the venue even more.
