RENAISSANCE - aqb Open House
The aqb's now traditional mini-festival, Open House, will once again open its studios and creative spaces to the public.

Special exhibitions, music events and other performances await visitors at the Budafok Creative Centre, a former Haggenmacher brewery complex. The festival's motto this year is the Renaissance, both a self-fulfilling prophecy and a longing for the return of an artistic era that never was. For the house's permanent and visiting artists are all driving a constant rebirth, and the environment is changing with them. From the basement to the roof terrace, from the courtyard and gallery to the music studios, the space is being expanded this year with a new venue: the back garden, transformed into a park. And the programmes, like a good conversation, are interwoven almost imperceptibly in the spirit of the Renaissance. Reason and the senses, art and science, and the everyday life of the house are perfectly blended in the festival programme. It will be worth paying attention to every detail...
