The evening’s drinks include:
Fusettone: Bitter Fusetti and Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit – fresh, fruity, and easygoing.
Dante’s Negroni: Never Never Triple Juniper gin, 9diDANTE Inferno vermouth, Bitter Fusetti – classic Italian bitterness with a modern twist.
Vergilius: 9diDANTE Paradiso vermouth and pineapple juice – light, aromatic, and sunset-flavoured.
Mulled Vermouth: 9diDANTE Inferno vermouth, orange, cloves, cinnamon – wintery spiced warmth with an Italian touch.
9diDANTE’s vermouths draw their inspiration from Dante’s Divine Comedy, reimagining Piedmontese traditions under the guidance of Mario Baralis, produced in the countryside near Alba. Crafted in accordance with the regulations of Vermouth di Torino Superiore IGP, these blends rely on local ingredients — and every sip carries the spirit of Italy.
