The final days of the Mangalica Festival bring rich flavours to the Market — with a new star in the spotlight: Furmint.
From January 31 to February 7, Furmint takes centre stage, as every restaurant at the Market will be paired with a Furmint wine. For one full week, guests can purchase these wines directly from our vendors, perfectly matched with the delicious dishes on offer.
At the Wine Bar, every Furmint will be available by the glass, so you can easily explore the diversity of this grape variety – from fresh, mineral-driven styles to complex, expressive profiles.
The highlight of the week is January 31, when the winemakers themselves will visit us to personally present their wines. February 1 is officially Furmint Day, when we celebrate Hungarian terroir and the craft of winemaking at the Market.
Whether paired with the flavours of the Market or enjoyed on its own, Furmint connects gastronomy, tradition and discovery. One or more glasses, over 100 different dishes, and an unforgettable week dedicated to Furmint at Time Out Market.
Food and drinks are available throughout the evening.
Kitchens are open until 10:00 PM, bars until 11:30 PM.

Time Out Market Budapest opened its doors to the public on 20 September 2025 on Blaha Lujza Square, inside the iconic Corvin Palace. Time Out Market is the world’s first editorially curated food and cultural market, bringing the best of the city together under one roof: the city’s best chefs, restaurateurs, drinks and cultural experiences. Time Out Market Budapest features eleven culinary concepts, three bars, five event spaces, and around 540 seats.
