/// Introduction:
CO-SWITCH, shared shift. An invitation to light thematic exchanges and deep, meaningful conversations.
CO-SWITCH is a self-awareness board game that explores eight areas of our lives and operates through object-based associations.
There are two ways to play. In FLOAT mode (beige), players visually represent a given expression. In DEEP mode (blue), players answer a question using objects as prompts. The former is competitive, while the latter is designed to initiate intimate dialogues. Through visualization and collective thinking, the game helps participants gain deeper insight into themselves and each other in a safe and accepting environment. Switching between modes happens by flipping the puzzle and object set cards and exchanging the card decks.

/// About the designers:
Vass Aranka Adelina, concept creator and designer
“I was born in 1996 in Odorheiu Secuiesc, Transylvania. I am currently a third-year student of Digital Object Design at Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design.
My work is grounded in social responsibility, inclusion, and interactivity, built on digital object-making technologies.”
Eszter Lóki, psychologist
“As a licensed psychologist, my main goal is to support the personal growth and fulfillment of my clients through a holistic approach in an accepting and supportive atmosphere. In my work, I consider psychoeducation and the wider accessibility of health promotion especially important, which is why I created the @lelek.test.harmonia Instagram page, where I regularly share knowledge, exercises, and inspiration to support physical and mental balance.
My professional focus centers on the nervous system and somatic approaches to stress and anxiety management. In my practice, body sensation-based (somatic) self-regulation, as well as relaxation and visualization techniques, play a key role. My special field of expertise includes addressing the nervous system-related aspects of IBS and integrating schema therapy perspectives into the therapeutic process.”
