Farm2Fork – Know Your Ingredients VI. – ASPARAGUS and STRAWBERRY
The Farm2Fork ingredient knowledge series continues in 2026! Together with Zsófi Mautner, we launched a new educational event series focusing on the diversity and richness of locally produced Hungarian ingredients. As before, the producers of the featured ingredients will also join us at the event. This time the focus will be on asparagus and strawberries.

At the event, participants will have the opportunity to taste different varieties; we will bring several types to the tasting. During the moderated discussion, the producers will personally talk about their work and the different varieties.
In addition, chefs and pastry chefs (Norbert Piszkor – Madhouse, Virág Bársony – Vaj, Fanni Varga – Kollázs, Csaba Sajben – Marumba, Csenge Dusha) will hold demonstrations on how to use asparagus and strawberries.
As part of the program, tasting bites made from these ingredients will also be prepared, so everyone can experience the ingredients in several different forms.

Location: Madhouse Restaurant, 1061 Anker köz 1–3.
The ticket price contributes to venue rental, photography and video production, and the fair compensation of the producers for their work.
