Farm2Fork Lunch at Lelkem – with Boldizsár Horváth
Boldizsár Horváth is the founder and owner of Farm2Fork, a platform that connects Hungarian producers with top restaurants and families who are open to using high-quality, local ingredients. They place strong emphasis on environmentally friendly solutions and sourcing organic products. In Galgahévíz, they also run their own bio-intensive farm.
What makes this Farm2Fork lunch more special than a regular meal with us is that Boldizsár will be there in person. He will talk about the ingredients, why seasonality matters, and why produce from local farmers and organic vegetables simply tastes better. We will also share why choosing high-quality products is such an obvious choice for us.
