The Martenica band will offer an insight into the rich world of Bulgarian folk music and folk dance, and will take you on a journey of discovery into a colourful cavalcade of dialects.

The diversity of rhythms meets the oriental sound of the melodies, which the ensemble plays on the most typical folk instruments of the Balkans. The dances are taught by members of the 40-year-old Martenica Ensemble, helping you to learn the movements and steps of the horses and racsenicas in style.
Ticket price: 1300 HUF in advance, 1500 HUF at the venue (also valid for the Berka ensemble's Moldavian and string dance of the day)
