Icicle emerged on the drum & bass scene in the mid-2000s, the versatile and technical Dutch producer quickly found himself on labels such as Hospital, Soul:R, Critical and Renegade Hardware. However, his first album Under The Ice was released by Shogun Audio, and featured, among others, Dreadnaught, which was probably one of the most played dnb tracks at the time and is still a common track today. The debut album was followed by Entropy, also on Shoigun, and last year by Post on Vision. Our man is not only versatile within drum and bass, he has also dabbled in dubstep and techno.
Icicle has been a regular guest at Bladerunnaz parties since the beginning of his career, but the sad reason for this Friday gig is that he has decided to end his DJ career, so this is most likely the last time we will see him in Budapest:

Location
A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
