Warm pears baked with blue cheese and walnuts with acacia honey, speck ham and baguette
Main course:
Asian cream of beetroot soup with cheddar tallow and coriander oil
Chicken breast stuffed with wild mushrooms and table tomatoes wrapped in bacon with homemade tagliatelle pasta and pasta alfredo sauce
Dessert:
Crème brulée step by step
