Founded in the early 1980s and built around guitarist-singer-director Jenő Menyhárt, Európa Kiadó is a pioneering and now legendary formation of Hungarian alternative rock music. During its almost 40 years of existence, the band has worked in many emblematic line-ups. Currently, in addition to Jenő Menyhárt, János Bujdosó, András Kálmán, András Koroknay and Gyenge Lajos are members of the band.
