Negyvenketto - Contemporary literature evening with Jozsi Hegedus

The lyrics are a bit of a poem, the poem is a bit of a lyric. The literary crumb that most easily enters our everyday lives is the lyrics of our favourite songs. Many beautiful phrases stick in our heads, many apt lines cling to us, which we take with us on the bus, the metro, the tram. Often others say for us what we fail to say. Poetry is a tool, a bridge, a translation of the soul. And the lyrics of a song are actually a poem.

In the context of the Forty-Two Literature Project, we will talk to musicians and songwriters about their lyrics in a literary context, about creative processes, symbols, images, metaphors, self-expression.

Our first guest is Józsi Hegedűs (https://www.facebook.com/hegedusjozsimusic), whose particularly complex, visual lyrics are full of exciting things to unpack, we will break down the lines a bit, and hear about his previous and current songs.
