Taraf de Akácfa

For the first time in four years accordionist Johannes Olsson and guitarist Isaac Misri, from the original Taraf, will reunite with us in Budapest. We will celebrate the week with various shows and parties, but we have also considered those who would prefer our music in a more quiet environment, for them we have planned an intimate concert in Lumen. You will first hear a short violin-accordion-guitar trio of the founding members, and then the rest of the band will join them with voice, cimbalom, kobza and double bass. Johannes and Zack have traveled all the way from Sweden and Israel to share with us their favorite tunes. Let’s celebrate this rare musical occasion!
