One of the most iconic domestic rock albums of all time was born out of the blue, yet it has become a defining classic of the genre.

"On the Budapest-Miskolc train, I jotted down 40 lyric ideas and then forgot the whole thing in a taxi. Finally I managed to recall 26 and we started working in the kitchen of the Spiders' house," recalls Hobo. It's a great honour that people's interest has been sustained and the songs are still alive today, but the sad fact is that the work has not lost its relevance to this day. In fact, without being prophetic, as long as there is man on earth, it will remain," he says.

At the time of its release, the album was one of the rare concert albums that presented a cross-section of history and society in a carefully crafted musical and lyrical portrait of life. It's been four decades since the bomber's sold-out debut at the Budapest Sports Hall, but the impact and legacy of Hunting spans generations.

Hobo and his great band are preparing a concert worthy of this prestigious anniversary. From the gathering of the hunters to the song of the Hunters, the forest tells a tale wrapped in rock and roll on 10 February 2024 at the Papp László Budapest Sport Arena.
