No Christmas without a Christmas egg! This traditional Hungarian cake is an indispensable part of the holiday. If you're not lucky enough to make your mum's treasured recipe and technique every year, this is the place for you.

Schedule
In the workshop we will learn about making bejgli, fillings, shaping and baking. All the necessary ingredients and tools will be provided! Two types of products will be made, with different fillings.
While you work diligently, our professional pastry instructors will give you all the theoretical knowledge you need to make a perfect bejgli at home.
The finished products can of course be taken home! We will provide a box for this, but if you bring your own environmentally friendly, we will be very happy!
