Every Tuesday for more than a year and a half, the Shipyard, in collaboration with the A38 Shipyard, has hosted events exploring ways of combining music with various co-arts, today's most relevant musicians and contemporary artists.

This time, however, our Music x Sight series continues in a new venue, the Akvárium's Great Hall, with an artist who has unquestionably grown into one of the greatest figures of Hungarian pop music in the last 10 years. Gergő Szakács was the co-writer of such famous songs as "I'm staying away", "My mother told me" and "Nobody knows".
In addition, he has had great success not only as a band member but also as a solo performer, having released his first album, Evolúció, last year.
Our regular presenter Tomi Molnár will be talking to the successful singer about the music's complementary concert visuale, and then he will take up the guitar and give a half-hour concert of his own songs!

Akvárium
As they describe themselves, it is Budapest's most frequented venue, which is also multifunctional. Akvárium is great for award ceremonies, afternoon coffees and, most importantly, concerts, thanks to the well-picked, cross-genre selection.
