Saja Hua album launch
Since its formation in 2005, the band Óperentzia will release its ninth album Saja Hua in March this year. The first live performance will take place at the A38 on 9 March.
This album was conceived in collaboration with two great artists.
One of them is the world-famous violinist Zoltán Lantos, the other is Sára Csobán, well-known from previous albums, on wind instruments.
With their unique sound, unique musical images and special contemporary world music style, the orchestra creates a special atmosphere and transports the listener to different landscapes of their imagination.
Saja Hua means decorated in Hindi. Ornamentation is invented by man to delight his soul. A utensil or even a song can live without decoration. But as soon as one puts on it what one has created, from the very depths of one's being, one's soul enters. Ornamentation is the projection of the human mind inspired by nature. It contains everything that is in the creator at that moment. The decoration tells a story, it has a history.
The soft, light, virtuoso violin playing and the mesmerizing flow of wind instruments blend so beautifully into the fairytale world of the Old Perentia that we dare say we are witnessing a unique production.

IV-IN
Always pushing boundaries and experimenting with new sounds, IV-IN sees the world of electronic music as his own personal playground when producing, singing or writing songs.
His approach to music is fuelled by raw emotions that run through his songs, creating a dark but groovy atmosphere.
Drawing inspiration from blues, old rock and progressive rock, IV-IN approaches the electronic with acoustic, organic and modern elements. Its lyrics are imbued with themes of love, loss and grief that accurately capture the
emotional and imperfect human condition of our generation.
IV-IN's melancholic lyrics and deep voice form a perfect synergy with her upbeat, dark and groovy music, creating a musical experience for the mind, heart, soul and dancefloor alike. IV-IN's mission is to keep the raw energy of music alive and to always surprise its audience with eclectic performances.

A38 Ship
Converted from a coal-mining ship, the A38 is easily Budapest's most unique concert venue. The belly of the ship has been home to a wide range of live and electronic music for almost 20 years, and when it's full you can feel the rhythmic movement of the partygoers making waves in the Danube. Foreign acts often refer to it afterwards as their favourite club.
