Schedule

With their previous formations, they have performed at the most famous venues in the country (Akvárium Nagyhall, A38, Barba Negra, Sziget Festival) with bands such as Kiscsillag, Pál Utcai Fiúk, Esti Kornél or Elefánt. With their former band (Kalef), they have become a cultural phenomenon among fans of alt-pop-rock, and their songs have been played on club stages and festivals all over the country.

The current line-up was founded in 2018 by Fanni Békési, a singer-songwriter returning from abroad, Mátyás Rácsai (guitar), Balázs Seres (bass) and Petra Mikolai (drums), with the aim of creating a unified yet diverse new musical world, 100% self-identical, combining live and electronic music.

They define their style as alter-pop, mixing 80's synthpop with a modern indie rock sound. Their songs are constantly being written, and their latest compositions now feature lyrics in Hungarian. The band is proud to work with one of the country's most sought-after producers, Gyuri Ligeti, with whom they recorded their first two singles under the best possible conditions at SuperSize Recording.

Their professional recognition is further demonstrated by the fact that they have been repeatedly included among the best bands in the Carpathian Basin finals of the Joy of Music talent contest.

The band's first album will be both the opening and the closing of an era. With new band members Zsolt Csizmazia (guitar), Kristóf Koncz (bass guitar), Barna Gyöngyösi (keyboards) and new Hungarian-language songs, Bad Acrobats will be on the road.

Support - The Cliff band:

We founded our formation The Cliff band in 2022, where we play alter-blues-rock style music. Since then, we've appeared at talent shows and the Valley of the Arts, among others, and this autumn we premiered our first album, Backstage in the Forest, on the A38 boat.

We've always wanted to knead the reality around us into creative lyrics and melodies, so we've created a cliff to house it: this is The Cliff band. It's a place where we let out the tension, sing about what life has thrown at us, discuss the small things that matter, in quiet melancholy or in a roaring stenk.

Everything is better with melodies, so we try to write songs that can be played in many different scenes of life. In the ears of those gazing at the rainy city from the tram, through the slightly crackling speakers of a car travelling to Lake Balaton at night, or on the stereo pulled out in the middle of a garden party. So for a few minutes we can always dance together on our rocky cliff.
