We would like to inform our guests that the Blue Rabbit concert on 2 November is cancelled due to technical reasons!

The concert will take place on 20 March 2024. If you wish to refund your ticket, please follow the steps below.

Tickets can be refunded for requests made before midnight 31.10.2023 - 05.11.2022, as follows:

- For tickets purchased online with a credit card, the refund will be done automatically. The value of the ticket will be refunded by our Company via the SimplePay online payment system to the bank account from which the original transaction was made.

- For purchases made with SZÉP cards and OTP SZÉP, MKB SZÉP and K&H SZÉP cards at the ticket office, we will refund the ticket value via the SZÉP card service provider's system. The Service Provider will refund the ticket to the sub-account of the SZÉP card used at the time of purchase. No refund to a bank account is possible.

- To obtain a refund for tickets purchased in person at the IH Events Centre by cash or credit card, please complete and return the attached table to [email protected] by midnight on 31.10.2023 - 11.05.2023, and the refund will be made to the bank account number indicated in the table.

Only ticket redemption requests received by e-mail between 31.10.2023 - midnight 11.05.2023 will be valid.

Please note that the deadline for submitting your redemption request is not applicable. After this deadline, we will not be able to refund the value of the tickets.

Please proceed with your ticket redemption in accordance with the information provided.

The refund and financial settlement of tickets will be made from 06.11.2023.
