Menu:

- Broccolini, chili, hazelnut, coriander, zatar

- Roasted pork belly, beer yeast cram, sausage dashi, apple compote

- Black bread, sour cream, roe

- Fattened duck liver, black garlic, quince

- Main dish: Lamb, harissa, curd / Trout, fermented plums, dried tomatoes, Brussels sprouts

- Dessert: it will be a surprise!
