Magyar Valentin
The 22-year-old Magyar Valentin is one of the most, if not the most, outstanding pianist of his age, a winner of many awards and a highly sought-after international musician. His debut album, Sentimental Moments, on the Hungaroton label, will be premiered at the House of Music. He will perform the album's material - Rachmaninoff works - and other romantic repertoire in a two-half concert.

As Valentin Magyar himself describes the concert material, "Sergey Rachmaninov's work has always held a special place in my heart, and I composed the first concert of my life entirely with my own hand from his most beloved piano works, and these compositions make up the bulk of my disc repertoire.
These pieces, most of which are only four or five minutes long, are all extremely emotionally charged, depicting worlds and images that are independent of each other. My hope is that these musical images will appear in the minds of the listeners, and that they will be able to integrate the feelings and moods created by the works."
