Bonanza Banzai is the legendary Hungarian cult band of the early 1990s. They were formed on 28 May 1988 in Budapest, although Zsolt Hauber and Ákos Kovács had already performed under this name in 1987 at the talent contest "Born on a Star". Their very first song - which later became a hit - was "Induljon a banzáj!".
