Introduction to yoga for children (4 years and up) and adults
We welcome you to a playful yoga class in the Zen Room!
Many preschoolers and toddlers are curious about yoga classes, so we wanted to give the little ones a taste of this movement form.
And to make the atmosphere even more comfortable, each child should be joined by an adult or almost-adult (mum, dad, big brother).
Schedule
What you will need:
- comfortable clothes for both of you (without protruding rivets, clasps, zips etc.)
- canteen, water
- yoga mat
- water
