MADÁRBARÁT MUSEUM - constructivist birdhouse and feeder making family day with artist Tamás Kaszás
In the courtyard of the Zichy castle, in the canopy of chestnut trees and the giant yew trees, many different birds have found a home. For years we have been planning to install a museum bird feeder and watering trough, and even burrows, to attract more songbirds to the centre of Óbuda. On our winter family day, with the help of artist Tamás Kaszás, we will create simple bird houses and feeders in the constructivist style of Lajos Kassák and the spirit of the museum.
On Saturday morning, we welcome people of all ages to our carpentry workshop!
The feeders or burrows you make together can be taken home.
Schedule
Participation fee: 3500 HUF / person or family
The museum will provide the materials and tools.
We can accept applications from a maximum of 15 people.
