VISIONS TO ANOTHER DIMENSIONS
On Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 19:00, the exhibition "VISIONS TO ANOTHER DIMENSIONS" will open in the Gödör Klub gallery. The opening ceremony will be accompanied by a short speech and music.
The exhibition presents the work of seven artists. Some of them have known each other for years, some have only met during last year’s festival season – but one thing is sure that what inspires their work is very similar and connected.

“I want to portray surreal stories that I have personally experienced, and dreams that are important to me.
I work mostly with fineliner, because with this tool I can immerse myself to infinity in the creation of various organic, natural images - every line is curved, curled, rotated or spiraled. To do this, I use different surfaces as a base, such as wood cuts and circles.”

I like to make opinions with my right hand. Giving a face, a shape, a gesture to the negative experience I experienced a few days ago... or a larger event in the world to which I, as an inhabitant of the earth, have to react in my own language. It’s also striking for me that the little new worlds I create in my paintings are actually my very personal reality – the way I see my environment, the way that I reflect on what’s happening. For example, it is a very liberating feeling to export intense emotions to my canvases. I would be like a big whim that you held back for a long time. In this case, for a large, colorful, surrealistic lust. That’s why I often call my images “visual diaries.”

As far as I can remember, I’ve been creating. Close to my heart is the art of art and industry, especially the ethereal psychedelic line.
I started painting with acrylic almost a year ago and I loved the medium very much.”
- TINGYELA STEFÁNIA -
“Attention is the key. In this way, you will become a butterfly, a deeper understanding of free associations, surreal associations. With my works, I want to open up a space of free knowledge in which the recipient can begin an inclusive dialogue with himself.”

I have been painting with acrylic since 2016. I don’t give the paintings a title, because the picture itself is written in visual language, so as many recipients, as many meanings are associated with them.”
