EXODIKON, CHRISTIAN EPIDEMIC, RIVERS ABLAZE, WITCHTHRONE

EXODIKON, evoking the Nordic melodic world but with a Hungarian mother tongue, have opened a new plane of existence, as they have reached the second album of their career. The Hungarian black/death formation sacrifices on the altar of chaos with their new album Chaosophilia. Extreme dissonance, pulsating speed, nerve-wracking melodies and deep themes that fall like mourning grip the listener. If you're up for it, the new disc will not disappoint!

Schedule

CHRISTIAN EPIDEMIC, active since 1996, are an inescapable force on the domestic extreme metal scene. The veteran black/death metal band entered a new era last year and came back from their coma. With their new line-up they will perform for the first time in Budapest this evening. We are honoured to have them as the main special guests of the evening.

Our second special guest of the evening is RIVERS ABLAZE! In their own words they play experimental progressive blackened death metal, what does that mean? It's hard to put into words, so it's definitely worth experiencing - you can expect an experience of being plunged into an infinite universe where blastbeat is time and 230 bpm is space. A special band with a special line-up is coming to us.

The evening will be opened by WITCHTHRONE from Mosonmagyaróvár, one of the cornerstones of the No Martyr Collective, a phenomenon that is not an everyday occurrence, because although they are a black metal band in terms of inspiration, they represent it all in a modern, rethought guise.

Location

Dürer Kert

Dürer Kert, which moved from the City Park to the vicinity of Kopaszi Dam, is one of the hangouts of Budapest's surviving peripheral subcultures, but it's also worth visiting if you just want a perfect garden spot. That is, starting in spring. Until then, let's keep rockin'! And after that, too.
