Mystery Match for Singles

The Matchbox algorithm matches people based on shared values, it’s not necessarily love at first sight. The purpose of the evening is to meet new people in a relaxed atmosphere, stay curious, and have a great time!

What to expect

💞 Matching will be powered by Matchbox

📋 Upon arrival, you’ll take a short matching questionnaire built by Matchbox’s team and curated by your host

🧠 The Matchbox algorithm uses Nobel Prize-winning behavioral economics, the psychology of human relationships and AI to identify your best matches from amongst the attendees, whilst also taking age into account

💬 The questions will be in English

🎫 The ticket includes the matchmaking and unlimited use of the bowling, pool tables and darts

👩‍❤️‍👨 The event is intended for straight singles aged between 25 and 45

⏰ Timetable ⏰

Unlike most Thursday events, this evening follows a fixed schedule. If you do not complete the questionnaire by 18:40, you will unfortunately not be able to take part in the matchmaking, so please arrive by 18:30 at the latest.

If the gender balance isn’t perfectly even, the algorithm may pair you with someone of the same gender, or, if there is an odd number of participants, you may find yourself unmatched in a round. Don’t worry, we’ll do our best to make sure this doesn’t happen more than once. However, if by the end of the evening you don't have at least two matches of the opposite gender, we’ll provide you with a free ticket to one of our upcoming Thursday events.
