Schedule

Over the years, a unique network has formed here among visual artists, painters, sculptors, photographers, ceramicists, designers, and musicians, who have gradually moved into the nooks and crannies of the former industrial site. Through their independent work, this industrial section of the island has transformed into a cluster of studios, held together by their close-knit yet flexible connections.

The Népsziget Kultfeszt celebrates these cultural groups and their solidarity over two days. Emphasizing the power of community and the unique spirit of the place, the artists working here are preparing a joint exhibition, but there will be many other programs as well: the multidisciplinary festival will feature concerts, workshops, book launches, light painting, and street performances. There will also be some tasty treats and a few delicious drinks.

Continuing the tradition of previous years, open studios will welcome visitors during the event, offering a glimpse into the creative process.
