SOMETHING ISN’T RIGHT. – A Self-Discovery Workshop Using ACT and Sharing
Sometimes, recognizing ourselves in someone else's story can make all the difference. Join us for an afternoon of self-discovery as we explore our emotions, automatic reactions, and behavioral patterns through everyday experiences, shared reflection, and open conversation. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this workshop offers new perspectives, practical self-awareness tools, and meaningful human connection in a supportive, judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace.

Schedule
There is something particularly comforting about listening to another person tell a story and suddenly realizing that you are nodding along.
“Yes, I do that too.”
“That’s exactly how I feel.”
“I thought I was the only one who worked this way.”
Sometimes, a moment like this can offer more than another book, podcast, or hours spent thinking about ourselves.
Because you are not alone in your feelings, questions, and uncertainties. Others are also trying to understand what is happening inside them, why they react the way they do in certain situations, and how they can be more consciously present in their own lives.
On November 7, we invite you to a self-discovery workshop where we will explore these patterns together.
We will start with everyday situations. We will observe how we respond to uncomfortable feelings, how we can regulate ourselves, and how we can create a little space between our emotions and our actions.
One of the most important parts of the workshop is sharing.
We will reflect together, listen to one another, and create opportunities to recognize ourselves in other people's stories. You don't have to share everything — you are welcome to share only as much as feels comfortable for you.
Our approach draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and an understanding of the phenomenon of experiential avoidance.
What will you take away?
🌿 Greater insight into your own automatic reactions.
🌿 Simple self-observation tools you can use in everyday life.
🌿 New perspectives gained from other people's stories.
🌿 A shared experience with people who, like you, are curious about understanding themselves.
And perhaps the realization that you don't have to figure everything out on your own.
Join us for an afternoon dedicated to mindfulness, curiosity, and human connection.
