Nicolas Winding Refn's (Drive – Gas!, Only God Can Forgive, Demon Neon) new film, Her Private Hell, premiered in the night program of the Cannes Film Festival. The film takes place in a futuristic metropolis shrouded in a mysterious fog, where a deadly creature is unleashed. The story centers on Elle (Sophie Thatcher), a troubled young woman who tracks down her missing father. His path crosses the fate of an American soldier (Charles Melton) who undertakes a trying journey to free his daughter from Hell.
