On this day, the concerts of the Institute of Music of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Pécs fill the spaces of the House of Music. The program compiled for the Day of the Hungarian Song focuses on 20th–21st century Hungarian-language vocal music and on presenting works by Hungarian composers. The performers are former and current vocal and instrumental students, as well as faculty members of the Institute of Music.
